The designer Derek Taylor was really pleased with the whole range of furniture, and they fitted in with the design of the room really well. The weather was fantastic, and the makeover went very smoothly which is always good! Please find attached some photos of the items in the makeover, the family were over the moon with the transformation. I also appreciate how quickly you worked with us to get the items to us and onto the makeover, I know we don’t make it easy with such a short lead time!

I have looked at a few alternative sources, and it appears that this item is generally ordered in and not stocked. It is the bed that I wish to order, and therefore I will wait.

If there is any chance of getting this to me fairly promptly after it's arrival in the country next week, then that would be much appreciated.

In the mean time, I very much appreciate the level of communication you have provided. It is not the issues, but the way in which you handle them that makes for good customer service!
